Yummy our Christmas Desert!!!

As you see below this post I made my son cupcakes for school.  Thery were AWESOME.  Now here are the cupcakes I made for US for Christmas.  They were double fudge cupcakes with peppermint butter cream and pieces of candy cane on them.  I have to say they were freaking great.  Here are the pics.  Now this week I have to bake my son’s birthday cake which is Ben Ten and then I’m adding some cake pops to the cake for a Wilton Contest.  So here are my yummy cupcakes.

My upcoming baking in the next week….

Let’s see what i have to do…I have to make home made MMF for my son’s allergen free cupcakes for his school party on the 23rd. I have to cut all my shapes out from the fondant this weekend. The 21st I have have to come home from work and bake the cupcakes, then the 22nd I have to come home from work and make home made allergen free butter cream and decorate and assemble all the fondant on said cupcakes. I can’t want to see how the buttercream turns out, I get my High ratio shortening today!!! YEAH… Ok then on the 23rd I have to bake my cupcakes for Christmas desert. Mom wants chocolate cupcakes with peppermint buttercream. Of course there will be picutes to follow. I’m using my new fondant tools from Wilton for my son’s decorations. I can’t wait to try the fancy design fondant cutter. So this weekend is going to be busy for me… I might also do more cookies. I finally got my new cookie sheets and I have to say I LOVE THEM, yes they are from Wilton also. LOL I have to say I love their products…. Well off to work now… Happy Baking
