LOL ok not really but yeah I do. I made a cake this weekend and while the buttercream tasted good, I just can’t get it to be smooth on the damn cake. Now like my other post said I think it’s cause I’m using the wrong shortening. I’m going to buy some high ratio shortening soon and test it all out. I will post a picture when I do. Right now I have to work on my son’s cake soon. His bday is in January and I want to make the fondant ahead of time and stuff.
